Birthday Tea-Cake

I designed and made this tea-cup cake for a friend's birthday, I finished it off with a little stack of biscuits at the side of the cake board too.

And whilst on the topic of Birthday cakes, here is one I also designed and made for my Mum's recent birthday...

Black Buttercream

Black buttercream sounded pretty weird to me at first but after having a go at it I was completely won over! Here's some little marzipan-Hedgehog topped cupcakes along with some rather more grown up ones too. Enjoy, I know I did!

These were a Christmas present for someone lovely, but I'm pretty sure they're cute enough for all year round.

 As it's almost Valentines Day I thought it would be appropriate to show off some cute heart shaped cookies I made a while back with the idea of creating Valentine's products in mind.
